Included in the services we offer you via our website is secure file transfer.  This facility delivers our clients two main benefits.

Firstly, it removes all hassles associated with trying to send large files that simply can't be sent as e-mail attachments or which waste too much time posting or hand delivering.  With this facility you can send from anywhere in the world, all you need is access to our website and a Username and Password which we can supply you.

The only thing to keep in mind is that while you may have very fast download access to the Internet, uploading is almost always many times slower.  Hence a large file may take you longer to upload than you think, so on occasion you may need be a bit more patient than you thought.

Secondly, some clients desire a more secure method of sending us information and this system offers that.  Every file is encrypted when uploaded and only unencrypted when downloaded.  Also every file is automatically deleted after 5 days to remove any human error.

Also, Secure File Transfer automatically sends the Recipient an e-mail noting them that a file is ready for collection and automatically sends an e-mail to the Sender when the information is collected.  This way you can keep track of what's happening.

Don't forget the other services you can use on our website, namely, eWombat for research of sites like the ATO, and Budgeting using the new budgeting tool under Calculators or Financial Tools.  Articles on these topics are  in the article list to the left.
